These heavyweight Union Door Handles have been tested to 200,000 cycles, with this long life you should have nothing to worry about with the large turnover of tenants that an HMO property brings.

The hinges in this set are self closing so no special closure is required, in the event of a fire the closed doors will make it harder for the fire to spread making it safer for the tenants and could lower the amount of damage to the property.
