Using a set of needle nose pliers, pull out the old seal starting in one corner. Once you have access to the edge simply just pull along the gasket until removed. Using something such as a razor blade remove any glue and dirt from the gap before starting to work on adding the new gasket. Starting back in the corner press the new gasket into the gap and press in the seal moving along the edge of the window.
